So I'm currently driving a 2005 Durango with no AC and I'm wanting to get my dream truck also to have a nice weekend truck, but at the same I feel like I do not deserve to buy something.

My dream is to have rental properties (Single or multi families, apartments etc) I think it is a better way to become a millionaire and achieve financial freedom.

I would love to get to a point where I worked 40 hours or less (a pipe dream at this point!)

I found a piece of property to build a house on for me and my family 5.44 acres . It is listed for $44,440 $8,100 and acre. Would $32,4440 be a good asking price ? Prices in town are that for .25 - .50 acre

My roof is definitely due for replacement (there are small holes in the sheathing and panels have fallen off).I also wish to install solar panels on my roof (it has always been a dream of mine).

While my grandparents did well with real estate investing and I thought I may be able to get a few dollars in cash flow from one or two townhouses, but I never had the dream of true financial freedom until I listened to the Bigger Pockets podcast. 

I dream of Real Estate have visions.

While I know as dad's it is our prerogative to fix things for our kids and make everything easier, I think that she should feel the weight of $100K of debt as much as possible.
