Median in Sacramento is like $300-325k so you're nowhere near the higher end of the spectrum unfortunately.But, you could definitely find some diamonds in the coal mine looking in C grade neighborhoods.

So today was a day of bad news... after finding a diamond in the rough which was a Duplex with minimum repairs (under a $1000) which would be just some cosmetics and new sheetrock repair.
