Many Realtors here simply got the owner's consent not to present all offers just for the low ballers, they go to the trash basically and those that make such offers are tagged by Realtors as nuisance bottom feeders.

also, the cable and phone company won't drill holes in your property until they talk to you or you write a letter with expressed consent ( at least, that has been my experience in richmond).

If that's the case then she should have taken your affirmation, consent or understood whether you are going ahead with it or not, and then she should have started showing to other investors as you were the one who showed that property.

A month to month rental contract is exactly that-an agreement to pay the month, she arbitrarily without our consent  sent two weeks rent with a note that said "I'm only here two weeks so that is all I am paying" we did not cash the check.
