Since you are starting out with real estate investing, it may help to collaborate with other local investors or assist an experienced investor in a deal.

I would consider a collaboration with a more experienced investor or a person with any kind of resources available, even if it is just their pure ambition :) I think that is a great asset in the world where an average person would rather complain constantly than change something about their life.
