The new casino is already in financial trouble and will (IMO) fail within the next few years.

It’s not easy but it can be very fun and very lucrative if you treat it like a business and do the things that others don’t want to do.

With three other rooms rented, you should find yourself not only living for free, but also turning a profit in a fun and enjoyable way.

ONe thing that we have come to learn, every house in Dallas has foundation issues, and most will have some fun with termites.IF you are going to do some value add for a rental, be prepared to ignore minor foundation problems. 

After all, that is why I am even in the business, to make money, have a little fun, and help other where I can.
