Do your research, find a good team that will do a great job keeping your properties rented, keeping your properties maintained and provide you good communication.Third , assemble a team.

I used to do commercial land assemblage for developers when I started out about 15 years ago specifically for retail and multifamily projects.One time I had the job of assembling 15 different parcels on 25 acres of land.

I'm looking for advice as it relates to assembling the funds to complete my first flip.

Personally I think that with the costs of housing continuing to rise, modular homes built in a controlled factory and assembled on site will be the wave of the future.

I am starting to explore other markets as well (mostly in TX and FL), likely following a variation of the same model that has worked well for me in Ohio... assembling a team of sorts, adding a property or two at a time. 

If anyone knows of any good books that relate to appreciation, or returns, I would greatly appreciate it.I've looked at some different websites to get a feel for the topics, but having something with a comprehensive assembly on the topic would be awesome, any resources welcome.

Wherever it comes from, you've GOT to have a deal to be able to use the dream team you assembled. 

In which case it would be up for a taller building.We already tried to assemble the block, got a long way and had a solid offer that was close to a million over what our houses would sell for. 

I'm looking at these Heritage Shaker Espresso cabinets on the Surplus Warehouse website, which they do pre-assembly for.
