Young and Eager to get started, except one problem!

Hello all! I currently am 18 and I own a small business (Demolition and Junk Removal) however my main goal is to enter real estate ASAP. I'm looking for advice as it relates to assembling the funds to complete my first flip. I know my age and experience would be of concern to any investor I try to pitch a deal too. Any advice on where to go from here?
