Hi everyone,I had a brainstorming session with my dad today about leverage and how to get out of the property management side of his rentals so we can work on more investments. 

Also, happy to brainstorm the areas in the market where you will find pockets of opportunity at your price range.

If you ever want to chat and brainstorm, I'm local and happy to throw around some ideas.

My wife and I have been brainstorming on how to use OPM to acquire that initial funding to get started.

I am also a general contractor...would love to connect and brain storm some ideas on how to improve our business.Curious about where your project was at? 

I am not creative enough to brainstorm ideas for applying AI so curious what others have :)

Basically just get to know them , if your giving them anything of any monetary value and trusting them to work for you getting to know them is a very necessary part.Were primarily are a Carpentry General Contractor so we do 60-70% contract work in house and the other 40-30% we schedule when we are there working so that we can proactively brainstorm and solve problems as they arise.Hope that i could have been more helpful.Zech@Sharon Klein
