Seattle Property Manger for Rooming / Boarding House

Hi everyone,

I had a brainstorming session with my dad today about leverage and how to get out of the property management side of his rentals so we can work on more investments. He owns several rooming house in the Seattle area. All are 6-8 bedrooms and are exclusively rented by the room. My question is does anyone know a management company in Seattle that manages rooming/boarding houses and will still rent them by the room? Any recommendations / suggestions would be very helpful.
