It is a private institution and its body of students are not as "party happy" as those of other Universities.

A lot of people don't react very rationally to issues with their pets. 

On tv, there is a nice clean chalk outline on the floor where the body was.  

The body is removed, and if possible, management should do everything in its power to notify family members if they are not already aware of the situation.

You would likely only find that if you have a company you do business with regularly and they have a policy that they react within a specific amount of time.

So many landlords clean with bleach and paint with kilz and other unsafe practices concerning mold, that finding a place to live when your body is burdened with mold toxins and you are super sensitive... is nearly impossible.I would like to start helping people by buying properties and renting them to people who need an environmentally safe place to live.

So far the few agents I’ve met are just warm bodies trying to make commissions and can’t even answer simple questions.Can anyone refer me to a real estate agent with experience in multiunit properties in the Chicago area?
