Its always been a wait/see because everything seems to be fine when the servicing is done...but given at most a couple weeks, the green start light would  automatically comes on all by itself again....giving free washes.Speed Queen distributor sales manager for the Los Angeles area is now insinuating we are opening the service door of the washer, causing the green light to come on.

I stepped away from the forums for a few days to work on real deals.Re-reading this thread and your posts in particular, I think your biggest challenge is that you automatically get associated with all the other would-be real estate people.Part of the problem is your message.
