So you just found another property that you’re more interested in...how would they know if you’re telling the truth or not about failing to get financing?

The truth is that sometimes the rents do not cover the expenses.

As everyone knows, LLC stands for Limited Liability Corporation and every person I ever met who tried to sell me on the facts that LLC's are great, for any purpose, never told the entire truth because for the Average Joe an LLC does not limit his liability and an LLC does not stop creditors from going after assets outside the LLC.

What I'm getting at with this is that there is an advantage to letting potential renters know the truth of your situation. 

But also, that is the truth!!

After a period of blaming myself for being too aggressive, I realized the main reason I couldn't weather the storm was under-capitalization.My absolute truth is the knowledge that this business can provide long-term wealth and the freedom to manifest whatever you can dream. 

As others have mentioned, many real estate investors are savvy on matters relating to taxation; augmented value should be the goal. 

Internet age has not changed that truth.
