Seeing as we are nearing full employment (again assuming no changes in labor participation), we could potentially see wage growth that has been relatively stagnant during our recovery.

The market bottomed in 2010 and has generally been on a recovery since. 

It seems to me that many of the investing programs-systems (pre-foreclosures, short sales, REOs, etc) were tailored for the time period 2008 - 2012 + or -, the timeline of the crash when foreclosures were at an all time high and during the "recovery" period when banks took control of the properties and then began to put them back out on the market to sell.

I still hear far too many stories of athletes not being responsible with the fruits of their labor. 

Although the area relies heavily on the public sector, job recovery has been strong and the Kings have been in the process of building a new arena in the heart of the city.

I do not know how long you have been on BP and how much, if any, that you have read about Chris Clothier's company but it is important if you are rellying on a turnkey company that they don't guarantee anything and believe in good management tactics.Like I said before, I am 59 years old and I found BP about 11 months ago and I am still trying to decide what to do when I recover.  I
