It seems to me that many of the investing programs-systems (pre-foreclosures, short sales, REOs, etc) were tailored for the time period 2008 - 2012 + or -, the timeline of the crash when foreclosures were at an all time high and during the "recovery" period when banks took control of the properties and then began to put them back out on the market to sell.

I do not know how long you have been on BP and how much, if any, that you have read about Chris Clothier's company but it is important if you are rellying on a turnkey company that they don't guarantee anything and believe in good management tactics.Like I said before, I am 59 years old and I found BP about 11 months ago and I am still trying to decide what to do when I recover.
