Does the tenant need a certain fire suppression system in place?

It seems to me that many landlords in my small town are unintentionally suppressing rental rates because they are afraid to ask a reasonable rent.An acquaintance of ours is a general contractor who builds houses on spec.

Just observing and learning about the details of such "groundwork" can be interesting (though I'm not sure if I have the "appetite" for all of the details).Once upon a time, I was a civil engineering major in college.

A very important one is who owns/controls the power lines and what is their appetite for your project?

Does anyone have a contact that might have an appetite for this sort of thing?

Or you could do multiple hurdles (80/20, 70/30, 50/50) depending on the upside, your track record, investor appetite, etc.

There is a paper trail proving everything, despite all the efforts to suppress the truth.

Having had success with the three SFHs has given the confidence and the appetite to do some bigger deals.
