Spent some time hand digging the handful of dandelions that popped up (thanks to my annoying neighbor).The majority of the homes in this area are outdated inside.

If you can jot things down on a sticky or in notepad - yea for you.For those who are a bit more visual Mind Mapping is a great way to have your notes - thoughts - ideas make sense.Having said that I use Mind Mapping for me - not for others - most others that I have tried to share a mind map with have found it annoying - they are not as visual as I am.I have not used the freewae so I have no clue but I have been using MindJet since it was a free program when they first started.

I've also noticed the trend of agents listing auction properties on the MLS and sometimes they don't state that they are auction properties...which is pretty annoying and kind of deceptive also.

I dont know I just get very annoyed by him.

Vote and give your fellow members credit for their contributions.The other thing that I have a bit of annoyance with is the users who notice garbage in a post and fail to notify the management with the "report abuse" function.

As Mike M said, these are just facts...and it's annoying when people try to distort them.
