I am 25 years old, since I was 9 my dad made me read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and 1 year an a half ago I was transferred to USA from work, in that book he talks about financial freedom and real state, so  I recently bought the book how to invest in real estate, by Joshua and Brando (I am still on page 120) however with each page my interest increased, which lead me to this forum.

The STR consistency here is better than advertised, I'm getting about average of 5 days per visit.

And Name the property with a custom website like LasVegasFarmhouse.com or something - When people start to tag your property's backyard on IG, because it has it's own page that you put up a flyer in the unit to notify them. this is free marketing and word of mouth that will drive in new revenue. 

Different people but it's also a group that provides valuable connections and knowledge.There are more groups out there but these are the two I visit on a regular basis and both have helped me on my real estate journey.

Hi,I'm new to financing and we received a 100 page file for our final DSCR loan process to sign with a notary.Should I review these with a lawyer to make sure we're not missing something we aren't aware of?

Also when you’re looking at the Norada deal the front page only shows the basic numbers when you click the analyze this button it will take you to the page where you can add in the assumptions for vacancy and also the mortgage .
