I added some fun water toys & an outdoor area.

I'm thinking of just house hacking in New Orleans while in Atlanta , I can't find any type of duplexes .I've been toying with the same idea.

Plus I make extra money on pet fees that people gladly pay.I have a lake house and you will need water toys and life jackets.

I've been toying around with the idea of intersecting permaculture/meadow lawns with REI and I'm going to do it in my first property once I close on May 10th.

I'd love to get some advice/perspective about the situation I'm in, and how I should approach my next move- I'd always toyed around with the idea of real estate investing but it always seemed like something that other people did because "Who really has more than one mortgage at a time, right?

Here are the facts:The tenant leaves (more like litters) personal items like toys for her kids, bicycles, and others in the driveway to the garage.

Granted, I'm toying with the notion of investing, but not serious about it yet.  

We've been toying around with renting it out and moving into an apartment to save money for a downpayment on a new home for us to live in.
