What you need to do is find a local real estate investing group, get linked in with some movers and shakers that understand the investment market, and then cross-check their information by speaking with REALTORS, Property Managers, and Lenders.

Trying to compare a $80k muscle car to a Toyota pickup by mushing things together to get 1 number for the Tesla and 1 number for the Tacoma wouldn't be super useful.

I’d rather leave that to myself or to a professional mover instead.
