The guys renting houses all have cars, so they could care less about the bus.Tenants want a garage, but will settle for a decent size storage building.All of my places have RV parking and it helps a lot to secure tenants.My son owns 3 that are 1/2 a block from the river, right where there is rafting, fishing, and river hiking trails.
