A couple years ago, I went to see a tenant occupied house but the tenant wouldn't answer the door to allow me in.

@Bob Stevens Agreed, I too would much rather be all in at $250k, unfortunately here in Southern CA, that won't buy you a garage!

PM only put a 3 day notice on their door a few days ago, and continues to just ask them to pay rent and let them make excuses.
