I know on resident leases you can add a new addendum on the lease at renewal time but our management agreements don't expire they continue forever essentially unless either party gives a notice to terminate.

As Waco continues to grow, which neighborhoods do you think are on the rise, and what indicators do you use to spot emerging investment areas?

Over the long term I believe this will continue.

If the investment was a poor one, continuing to lose money on it is...just losing more money.

He was recommending to save for a year and rent out my current residence and then purchase a new one and continue this strategy until I have steady rental income.

Chances are they know the area and are at least decent if they continue to get work in the area.
