I had to literally wine and dine the ladies at naca to have them recommend the buyers even look at my properties.. its was extortion at applebee's  LOL... its OK I sold two of my OREOs in the worse market imaginable and for top dollar even with the 10k buy down.. 

In projects that require a whole bunch of jack hammering and noise, we normally give the neighbors a gift card or a bottle of wine to thank them for putting up with the noise.

After a glass of wine, I was kidding when I asked my landlord to sell me the building.

The luxury segment of real estate, that's it's own universe completely, it trades like wine, art and dinosaur eggs.

Can I wash your plane and drink your wine?

I loved the food, wine, and hiking in the Bay area. 

On top of the ~$650 for groceries, we were spending about $450 more a month on eating out and of course millennials love craft beer and nice wine(lol).We went from 0-100 from the beginning and started eating out only once a week and gave ourselves a $50/week grocery budget except when we needed paper goods.

Our business is focused on the wine industry that runs up and down the Willamette Valley. 

I’ve been wining it but been doing it just a month and have made $6600 PT.
