It slowly and quietly has become the premier hub of the Washington State Wine country. 

through out my business life so that when things are not great I have some free and clear assets and not leveraged to the hilt.. its not always wine and roses.. and for sure close to retirement. 

After a glass of wine, I was kidding when I asked my landlord to sell me the building.

my wife just sent me a listing in Amity Oregon ( wine country)  53 acres  5 lots already done ( pretty rare stuff  well and septic in.. 3,575,00 asking  this would be about price points for nice lots were Eric lives as well..

The luxury segment of real estate, that's it's own universe completely, it trades like wine, art and dinosaur eggs.

Especially in the Wine business..

Because the Fort Myers/Naples area tends to be more upscale, I'm seeing a lot of self storage companies converting portions of their buildings into wine storage and climate controlled vehicle storage which may be one of the ways that they're trying to diversify and break into new market share.

I would not leave wine out. 

For example we are moving to France this August, to spend a year there, learn about wines and improve our french.

My commercial lender will go down to 50k for my clients, but they only do it because I send them volume and I always have to buy them a few bottles of wine for doing so.
