Many do webinars that are free and help you a lot.

There has seemed to be an overabundance of people with webinars claiming that they can help you do this and that I have dubbed them "HOPE DEALERS" just another type of drug dealer giving out false hope getting people's hopes up and cashing in on what little moneys they have saved to try to get their business off the ground nothing beats the old fashion way I guess

For me, the value is in having access to the pro forum, webinar replays, and BPInsights. 

(Webinars, virtual meetups, etc) For experienced networkers who have relied on f2f interactions primarily, has this shift to virtual networking been positive?

So after this past webinar I decided to take action and upgrade to pro.

I have read “How To Invest In Real Estate” published by BiggerPockets, watched a few of the webinar replays here, and am working my way through two comprehensive courses on REI from the late 80s/early 90s I got for free.
