Of course the weather was just fantastic.  

Big caution when you leave your job weather your choice or theirs you must pay all of it back within 30 days.

And I'm sure the winter weather plays a big part be it rental property or flip projects.

I will continue to wholesale but after talking to a few asset based lenders and crowdfunding sources I thought I would just test the water an see once I have that funding weather it be saved money or lender money if I could find any potential partners.

Further, consider the pipeline of additional supply which is projected to enter that market over the next few years...Price to Rent ratios are a good starting place...what are the economic forecasts for continued growth (job creation, wage growth, etc.)?

I am trying to avoid hard money as the project is estimated to take up to a year due to weather conditions, area restrictions etc. 

Can someone please guide me on weather or not his concerns are rational?
