As a precursor, I have read a lot and now I am putting that first step forward in creating my new career.1) I am going to join you in doing at least 10 posts a month which will consist of new posts, responses and maybe a blog about my beginning in my new career as real estate investor which will go along with my beginning of writing of concise books in the kindle publishing venue.2) I am going to begin to listen to at least 7 podcasts a week, and at least 2 of the webinars that are in the resources available.

To date, this has been the single most powerful venue for enhancing my understanding of real estate investing. 

Don't ask for the "mens room" or "ladies room" when you have to urinate in a public venue.

Here in Vegas this is going to be a reality very quickly with virtually every venue shutting down their entertainment etc..

Also, if you hold an interest in larger venues such as sports arenas or concert halls, COVID-19 will definitely cause a financial burden there. 

Once theaters, museums, restaurants, concert-venues, bars and clubs all fully reopen, and people feel comfortable being in crowded places again, New York will be back.
