You can learn a lot by reading books such as It’s a Whole New Business by Gene Trowbridge, the three books Dave Lindahl wrote, the books by Frank Gallinelli, or best yet, reading up right here on BP.There are hundreds of forum threads and blog articles on this site that discuss multifamily and syndication.

I hear that if you write the contract up right you can make the sale of the property contingent upon getting 2-3 other people involved to purchase 2-3 acre tracts each upon closing...is that even possible and how would you even find these partners?
