Online courses that could help build an educational foundation

I'm looking for any online or in person classes that would be beneficial to a beginner multifamily investor.

Right now I'm in Coursera's "investment and portfolio management" specialization. I'm looking for anything that will help when I begin meeting with investors.

My investment focus will be on syndicating multifamily deals, and I'd like to be able to accurately and confidently discuss the investments I display to potential investors.

I'm currently a new agent. Where can I focus my time to learn the most impactful skills that will help me be a successful investor?
