I’m curious as to what the best ways to gain credibility in the community as I am equipped with best practices of the business, but I am looking to gain credibility and a positive reputation in the community so that I can get past the hurdle of your first deal or two.

I currently have the money to start an Airbnb arbitrage business but now that I’m ready to get started I’ve encountered some hurdles pertaining to short term rental restrictions.

There's also the additional hurdle of cataloging everything you're furnishing, and any disputes you may have at move-out over condition, what counts as normal wear and tear, and things like that.

That's an unreasonable expectation. 

We alway recommend that you collaborate with your lender months before you buy so you can address any hurdles that may come up on your credit, and/or your lender can let you know specific things needed to fix or do that can boost your credit scores.

Just learned about it yesterday, in some cases, I've been told it's a better deal than the 203k (which is apparently high in the hurdle jumping department) and not as difficult to find as a VA reno loan.

I think $300 sounds unreasonable to me in moving expenses to move across the complex, unless they hired people to move their heavy stuff.

Cash is not the biggest hurdle to get into multifamily.

The information is incredible and guiding us through the process is much smoother and feel more confident when facing new hurdles.
