I never understood the idea of locking people into a whole year.

I'm wondering if anybody has experience with sectioning off half of the closet and locking it?

Financing is fully locked in and I am ready to roll. 

I locked my interest rate and I understand you normally can't get out of that rate.

I'm also seeing opportunity in people "locked into" their low rates, but having a life circumstance changing their needs.

Even though they do a lot of the heavy lifting on sourcing and analyzing deals, I would never pull the trigger if I hadn't run the numbers myself.
