This will cause some people to see a correlation between affluence and big government without realizing that the former is the cause of the latter and not the other way around.Most of these places are tiny and can't be replicated at our size for one.For another, it is not simply being small and efficient that the tea partiers want.They want small, efficient and low tax.

Depends on how much you're renting it for.I'm planning on ductless a/c for my Baltimore rehab rental because the place is so friggin small (it's a tiny house) there is no room for a regular hvac system.
