Google "residential styles" I bet you get tons of designs to look at, from tiny houses to mansions. 

This will cause some people to see a correlation between affluence and big government without realizing that the former is the cause of the latter and not the other way around.Most of these places are tiny and can't be replicated at our size for one.For another, it is not simply being small and efficient that the tea partiers want.They want small, efficient and low tax.

Just spark up a conversation and you will be amazed at what you will learn about some tiny province in Pakistan.

Depends on how much you're renting it for.I'm planning on ductless a/c for my Baltimore rehab rental because the place is so friggin small (it's a tiny house) there is no room for a regular hvac system.

I have talked to a friend about this idea and he mentioned that I probably would be better served building a tiny home on a trailer to circumvent a lot of these issues.

So not $2M, probably closer to $1M or a tiny bit over, though I’m looking more for off-market or foreclosure/reo/short sale to keep the purchase price down as low as possible.
