Fellow members, I'm brand new to this forum and I’d like to initiate a discussion about large franchise brokerage agencies vs. the new technology brokerage?

With technology being so prevalent, is it impossible to find and close on a deal completely online while only using a friend to view the property (for due diligence purposes) in the area where the deal is located?

My interests lie with Fix and Flips as well as buy and holds.My question for you all is if there is a way for me to really get started with little money to invest?

Any turnkey company (or really any company) that tries to sell you on the idea that they're doing you a favor, losing money, by 'letting you' get such a great deal, is lying - that's a used car salesman tactic and huge red flag.

He certainly was not the first BP member to claim to be a licensee and that was an outright lie (think FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS). 

With technology, the way it is now you are a text message/ video chat away no matter where you are in the world.

And if it comes to pass that a judge reviews this, what said judge will see is an allegation about someone doing something naughty on the phone versus documented proof that someone lied in writing before a notary public.

Have you thought about the idea of combining bitcoin's underlying technology and real estate investing.
