My personal favorite(s) are: (Save this)- Old North- Old Town East/King-Lincoln Bronze Ville- Merion Village - North Linden - Hungarian Village- Bexley - North HilltopThese are all of the areas that we can expect strong appreciation based on market trends and analytics.

Tenants (and even homebuyers) are NOT analytical by nature or at least VERY VERY few are.

I learned fast.So my advise is thisHave ALL the requirements in that list above, or be willing to work at it as you go to get it, focussing on getting it...ANDStart thinking analytically.

This may cause me a slight loss in December, but my tenants have never missed a payment and said that the December discount is superb - especially for the holidays.

But they are listed in the extensive analytical data that is yours when you purchase one of our Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, or Bronzed Turd memberships.

I use squeeze pages with autoresponders (Aweber), analytic tracking numbers on all campaigns and short codes i.e Text CASHDEALS to 123456.

For us investor as long as reward/risk analytics is good, my job as investor is only to transfer an asset class from time to time(and place) for X amount of time investment AND eventually managing risk.I see lot of veteran investor that's much smarter than me, what they are good is actually...........critizing the operator.

The only thing I do her eon BP is answer questions and provide uncensored genuine real smart analytics based value and answers.
