It's not the end of the world for students but if one unit is rented to a family, mom won't want to deal with street parking 2 blocks away from the students have 10 cars competing for 6 spots and street parking.  

The corner mart connects a residential to 35mph industrial street.

Not being smart enough to realize there's toilet paper at every gas station not to mention the 24 hour Walmart and the 5 grocery stores right down the street.

My vision is also to turn the worst street into the best and this property is strategic in this plan.So at the end of the day, its a win win for me, my buyer and the revitalization of North Adams.  

Save it and sail it down the street next week when Irma arrives. 

My personal big mistakes have been - buying home with converted garage and only car port (buyers here in So Cal, especially the guys, want/need a garage), bought a house with 55 stairs from street to front door - never again, and largest financial mistake was not going with my gut and chose to go with a new agent to list a multi million dollar property rather than my proven agent or myself.

Just be cautious of Columbus, as the homes are very street-by-street and can be difficult to navigate in the beginning.  

I wonder if you could relay some of the upcoming foreclosures with street view, or your own, photos of the home.

I can across a property right down the street from where I live that is interesting, but out of my area of experience.

You may want to see if any of the other neighbors on the street will also start to call.
