Maybe mail some fake money orders  this month with some dye on them so you can see who has sticky fingers..

@Mike Shulman and @Marc Rice properties don't have to be yurts, tiny homes or tree houses to stand out on the booking websites :) Here in Orlando, as you know tourists are seeking the Disney/theme park experience during their entire vacation.

If they are good, logical tenants, then they should understand.This is a difficult and sticky situation to be in, so you'll want to approach with an attitude of caring and understanding of their situation.

The first 2 walk throughs had the sticky handprints, some loose cabinet handles.
