We can speculate about it all day, but the truth is, some very well paid developers, builders, and bankers are continuing to encourage more growth of apartments in Bloomington... so they must be onto something.... unless they are building a tiny house of cards in Bloomington.

The land is what is valuable with location and the improvements are typically secondary.If you buy in transitional or rough area for what seems high upside you are speculating and not investing. 

Bitcoin value is driven 99.9% by speculation at this point, so I'm going to hold onto it as long as I speculate the market for Bitcoin will keep growing -- for whatever speculated reason.

I'm speculating another 40K-50K so you're looking at 90-100K (adding buffers).

It's still the wild west but I suspect we'll see some serious measures to clean it up in the next 3-5 years.I have the same speculation.

Hey Ross,Land is typically a speculation move.  

Their RE markets are purely speculative and only driven by investors like you who are getting pushed out of primary markets. 

That's speculation on my part of course.I would still like to hear candidly from someone who has purchased with them (preferably here and not on his podcast!).
