alright everyone, have done my research and am getting closer to beginning the process of buying raw land. I'm currently working on finding those "hidden gems". Does anyone have specific examples in terms of finding good deals on raw parcels of land? How do you determine if you have indeed come across a good deal. Any specific strategies would be great!
