They let people off with probation and silly short sentences for all sorts of fairly serious things.

(apologies if there is already an option for this that I missed)Currently I need to scroll down, (typically twice) to see the relevant content which is just one sentence containing the title/subject in a link.I know it's relatively minor, almost nitpicking...but when there is a large number messages to go through, it makes a big difference in the workflow.

If you want to, I would just add a sentence saying the tenants agree to pay for professional cleaning once they move out. 

Hmm every single time I tag someone, everything after the tagged name completely messes up, everything seems to get linked up to the name and if I try doing something like deleting one word, the whole sentence and tagged name deletes, also anything I write after the name is blue now, it's weird, I'm not sure if it's just when I'm typing or if it'll show up, I'll try it and see what happens.
