And as you know, land is scarce in Hawaii, there is much opposition to develop raw land, and even trying to build a new home, even in an area of existing homes, is often a very lengthly and costly endeavor to build new here.   

You would just make it two closings one legal description for the building and one for the raw land you'll be selling back. 

This property had a sewage lift station that failed and flooded a creek with raw sewage.

I think for units, we end up paying $10,000-$20,000 per door for raw land.

Howdy, I'm looking at a few different pieces of land in south central and southeastern Colorado that have grazing leases in place. These plots are 60-100 acres and I have no intention of building on them; at least yet...

I own raw land that I am interested in building a small rental on, but besides that, I don't know what the best move to make would be.Also, I love to travel and currently live in my RV. 

I am using my phone for the messages and the GUI isn’t helping :) just based in raw numbers (and nothing more) cash flows of $250/$300 is quite decent IMO.
