Hi BP, Does anyone has some recommendations when it comes to choosing a lender here in Raleigh. I'm getting ready to start doing my research and figured I'd ask! Thank you in advance! 

So far, I'm leaning towards an underground pool since it can be used all year round, but if I find a property that has room for both, then I may try to incorporate both amenities since families and the older crowd are my preferred avatar.

I still prefer long-term for consistency and ease of management.If you're aiming for the substantial traveling nurses market, you could consider house-hacking or an ADU because traveling nurses are rarely around in the day and probably wouldn't care for many amenities.

And does anyone prefer to work with someone younger?

I prefer plywood boxes, but I got them on sale to make the cheapest kitchen I ever did..

I'm also in my early 50's so I prefer other mature housemates.

Not only is it not too much of a commute for most renters, it is actually a preference by a sizeable portion of the rental pool.

My preference is to always hold onto a property unless you are very, very certain you can invest the money somewhere else and make a better return.
