What local politician wants the number of people living in his area to suddenly increase?

If there is a shortage of housing politicians may change laws on you to restrict short term rentals or at least tax them.

It's too bad politicians cannot work together for the sake of the state's future. 

Some politicians were mentioning it recently as a ploy for votes.

I love Conn (went to school in New Haven) and hope the politicians produce more incentive for businesses to stay.

I have nurses, engineers, and politicians renting my houses. 

I wish this issue was making larger waves across the nation, so that more media, government and/or politicians leaned toward solving it, ahead of the curve- instead of far behind.

This is why more landlords need to get involved with politicians - so that our voice of "reason" is heard and one-sided laws aren't passed.

As usual politicians know nothing about planning and make stupid decisions.
