In Salt Lake City, you don't even need a business license to rent out rooms in your own primary residence.What are my liabilities renting without a business.

We are a private lender but have a license so we have to file a MCR and we do it ourselves.

The easiest way would be to get a real estate license. 

Don't use a realtor, just represent yourself.....without a license.

Brokers or a seperate PM license is required.

It could have been driving with a suspended license or any number of driving violations.

I'd say 10% of the appraisals that we order are wildly inaccurate and appraisers have far more training, experience and licensing requirements than brokers- at least in my state.
