Make sure that depreciation and mortgage interest payments match that or maybe exceed it a little as mortgage interest should degree over time and hopefully rents will raise over time.

I work in construction as a project manager with a degree from Purdue for a local developer with multi-family, office buildouts, etc.This opportunity is definitely of interest but something I'd like to discuss further to see if it may be a good fit.
