Although I (and many others) transitioned to home office space, I believe there is a need for office space for many professions. 

I have to flip an entire house to make $12k, but an agent makes that in a couple hours without having to leave their home?!?!

I predict that the substantial home price cost savings and greater control they enable the buyer to have will make them grow in popularity.

Not sure if you own or rent your primary home, but not all DSCR lenders will lend to first time homebuyers and/or first time investors...just a heads up.

Lenders stopped allowing rent by the room due to modifications done to the property resulting in functional obsolescence and significant cost to cure in the event there was a default and they needed to foreclose on the home and resell it, given that the main buyer pool for single-family homes are primary occupants. 

Typically those purchasing cash aren't inspecting every home, they're walking it or having their go to GC walk it and already know what they see that may be a concern.
