I currently use Quickbooks, a few Excel Sheets, and Google Calendars for everything.

They even have a MLS keyword tool that scrapes MLS listings for motivated seller keywords. 

Google RE centric lawyers, call the largest property management companies in the areas for lawyer rec's, or local investors or investment centric agents in the area to find a good one.

Look up their reviews on Zillow and Google and see if there is investor feedback.
