@Agnes Shin I would be careful of this as i know when i was using go high level i forgot to add my opt out into the first message.

Tried the sales thing a long time ago but it didn't work out for me.Regardless I've still pursued investing and small business ownership over the years and have owned multiple properties throughout my life.

One time when I bought on owner financing, I totally forgot that I didn't have property taxes included in my interest-only payments to the seller. 

To me most of the time they're never fixed. 

I got so lucky - the first 3 years, during the depths of the pandemic, I had a perfect tenant, no problems, even during the storms. 

Of course it is very important to do proper due diligence on the investment and the operator.As far as self-directed IRA there are number of companies offering such service, this topic has been discussed here on the forum many times so you should search using this keyword and learn from those discussions.
