Haven't heard of them before - have you checked their website?

I am currently navigating the Bigger Pockets website as I am at the beginning of my Real Estate Investing Career. 

MLS will give you some, but you can look online to the City's website for the City owned real estate they have for sale, but those tend be up to highest bid.I wish there was a catch-all answer to this question, but there really isn't, because it depends on several factors - like what's your price range, what are you looking to do with the property?

Does anyone know if there is a website or platform that connects people looking to invest in a syndications and those that may want to sell their shares?

I invested in a professional website and paid big money on marketing and lists. 

I use the Minoan extension on my web browser, which drops items into my Minoan cart from the many supporting websites they've partnered with.

I saw on Seth's website he actually did a review of Mark's program and ultimately recommended it (while mentioning things he didn't like as well).
