Right now this isnt about me...this was 26 years ago and all I could see was my new equestrian center enterprise. 

Even northwest or Enterprise can are contender for good tenants.

If you see yourself as a one or two rental property owner (part time buy and hold landlord) or maybe expanding into it as a larger enterprise (like an apartment or maybe a half dozen single properties)....

Enterprise value = market cap (equity) + net debt.

I mean you would be bored to death if you did not do something. and there is only so much golf you can play or just sit around .I think staying in some enterprise until you head for the pearly gates keeps you young and engaged..
