It looks like there might be room between the door and the dining table, although I don't see an outlet on that wall.4) One thing short term rentals miss a lot of the time is having nightstands on both sides of the bed.

It came out amazing.. onto the dining room then the kitchen.. it’s nice I’m doing these upgrades because I will be able to enjoy it while living in the unit for a couple years and when I plan on moving out.

The roof line looks like this: _/\_, and the building is 20x30 (10x20 on the flat roof line to one side being bedroom/bathroom, and then 20x20 for the /\_ roofline being the living area with the kitchen and dining area under the flat part of it.

We went through the property and we noticed some issues-leak on exterior wall in dining room, vertical crack on entry wall from kitchen to dining room, 2 small bathrooms and kitchen need to be upgraded, entry is kind of narrow and odd, deck not up to current code and some other minor repairs that need to be done.
