They can house up to 5 elderly people and require 24 hr personnel so they have a live in employee, or the owner depending on the size of the operation.

She's elderly and handicapped, the last thing I want to do is be accused of impropriety.

I have personally watched it in the 90th avenues just below this..)Did neighborhood recon today talking to everyone, and met an elderly woman that knew the neighbors who USED TO HAVE A HOUSE ON THIS LOT.

Sounds like the only entity able to make money on this is the HOA which is probably the same entity that built the communityI guess all these fees are a way to extort the elderly in a way that wouldn't be possible if it were just a rental

I don't think I have ever met family or friends of another I'd deal with as some way to vet them and I have never taken some young'n to any family dinner, that's just not business like.Now, you said "elderly", I see you're a young guy in your avatar, your perception of his age may be different than mine, elderly to me is in his 80s, not 60s.
