@Snehann KapnadakI think you'd be using a VLOOKUP function to find the value off the table...My point is that you can eliminate the "exterior" table all the together and be able to calc the numbers directly in one cell alone.

I understand this forum has real estate bias, but it doesn't seem like a good idea to put all your eggs in one basket.Unless you are buying a commercial property, it seems difficult to get a mortgage without a personal guarantee.
